Tower Hill or sometimes called Mound Hill is a park located on the north side of Elk Mound, WI. It was dedicated to the dead rural letter carriers of Dunn County, WI. It is reported to be haunted but a lot of people don't experience anything. We have caught what we think are some EVP's (electronic voice phenomenon).

Claims

Tower hill has had reports of many different things over the years. From lights to laughing to odd sounds and even a spirit haunting the Tower.

Ok we have found some interesting things in regards to Tower Hill. Below is the best of what we have found for you to see.

 

Please keep in mind this was a solo investigation and no one else was there.
